A comprehensive walkthrough from initial prototype to global logistics.

For global brands and expanding distributors, navigating the complexities of bulk sportswear manufacturing can be challenging. Working with an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requires clear processes, technical understanding, and strict quality gates. Here is our step-by-step guide to executing a seamless production cycle.
“Precision in the pattern room guarantees performance on the training field.”
— Director of Production, Cerahi TSGThe foundation of any high-performance garment lies in its materials. Tech packs must define fabric weight, blend (e.g., polyester/elastane split), moisture-wicking capability, and stretch recovery. Ensure your OEM partner has access to certified yarn suppliers to maintain batch consistency.
Never skip the sampling phase. A physical prototype allows you to test seam strength, fit, print durability (sublimation, screen print, or silicone transfer), and sizing scales. We recommend a 3-stage validation: proto sample, size set, and pre-production sample.
Once the pre-production sample is approved, bulk cutting and stitching begin. A reliable manufacturer will run inline quality control checks at every critical node: knitting, cutting, assembly, and finishing.
