Crafting a premium boxing glove is a delicate balance of human skill and chemical engineering. The glove must protect both the user's hands and the sparring partner while offering durability and ergonomic comfort. Here is how we build them inside our Sialkot facility.

— Master Craftsman, Combat DepartmentWe source cowhide leather and high-grade engineered leather (microfiber) known for its tear resistance. Each piece (palm, thumb, wrist wrapper) is hand-clicked or die-cut to ensure no natural skin blemishes weaken the glove structure.
Modern fight gear relies on scientifically layered foam. We build a sandwich structure of EVA foam for absorption, latex rubber for bounce, and high-density polyurethane foam for force dispersion. This ensures long-term impact protection without flattening.
The assembly requires specialized cylinder-bed sewing machines and skilled craftsmen. Special attention is paid to the thumb attachment angle: a misaligned thumb causes joint injuries, so we lock the thumb parallel to the knuckles.
